Scholarships for 2010

The primary object of the scholarship program is to encourage and support students who demonstrate outstanding achievement.

Year 8 and Year 9 students have the opportunity to apply for both academic and sporting scholarships.

Due date for applications – 7 August 2009
Successful candidates notified early in term 4.


Academic Scholarships

The criteria for the academic scholarships are:

♦ Demonstrated high level of involvement in academic extension activities such as National and State competitions.

œ♦ Demonstrated outstanding commitment to excellence across all school endeavours.

The scholarships that are awarded cover the school fees and $50 towards uniform shop purchases.

Sporting Scholarships

The criterion for the sporting scholarship is:

œ♦ Demonstrated very high achievement in sport supported by the completed application form.

œ♦ Demonstrated outstanding commitment across all school endeavours.

Applications need to be supported with certificates and references.

The scholarships that are awarded cover half of the school fees and the fees for the sporting subject.
