The Work Experience Program provides students with the opportunity to investigate possible job prospects. Students will gain a valuable insight into what the job involves and the requirements necessary to do the job.
The Work Experience Program is voluntary and is offered to all students in years 10 to 12, however year 10 students are highly encouraged to take part as preparation towards their Senior Education and Training (SET) Plan.
Students are normally required to undertake the work experience placement during school holidays unless prior arrangement has been made with the school.
Students wanting to be involved in the work Experience Program are required to obtain an application package from Mrs Wruck (Work Experience Coordinator) who is located in the Social Science building.
While every effort is made to place all interested students in the program there is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all applicants due to availability of workplaces.
Please feel free to contact Mr Swords (HOD Senior Schooling) or Mrs Cheryl Wruck (Work Experience Coordinator) for more details. |
